Air Defense - Air Force Service concludes strategic exercise of anti-aircraft artillery
PANO – The Air Defense - Air Force Service held a closing ceremony on October 29 for its strategic exercise of anti-aircraft artillery batteries in 2020 under the chair of its Deputy Commander Major General Pham Van Tinh.
The five-day event has met its set targets with absolute safety. The anti-aircraft artillery batteries have promoted their responsibilities and collective spirit, followed the exercise regulations, and applied military tactics successfully when conducting their tests.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, General Tinh applauded the efforts of the participants and contributions of relevant agencies of the Air Defense - Air Force Service.

In addition, he urged relevant units of the Air Defense - Air Force Service to gain experience from the exercise and complete tactical strategies against high-tech weapons, contributing to meeting the requirements of training and combat readiness missions in the current context.
At the event, the organizing panel handed over the first prize to Company 4 of Regiment 228 of Division 365, the second prizes to Regiment 591 of Division 377 and Division 365 respectively, and the third prizes to Anti-Aircraft Artillery Battery No.4 and Regiment 230 of Division 367. Also, three groups and seven individuals received certificates of merit for their good performance.
