At the reception, General Vinh spoke highly of the development of the traditional relations and comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Russia, including defence cooperation, for the sake of peace and stability in the region and all over the world.
The Vietnamese general also hoped that their coming Defence Policy Dialogue would considerably contribute to the bilateral defence cooperation.
In turn, Major General A. Kshimovskiy, First Deputy Chief of the Main Directorate and Head of the Russian delegation, thanked General Vinh for the warm reception and believed that the Vietnam-Russia cooperative defence relationship would be increasingly deepened.
