The bilateral military cooperation was discussed between Vietnamese Defence Minister, Gen. Phung Quang Thanh, and his Bulgarian counterpart Vasselin Vitanov Bliznakov, who is on a working visit to Viet Nam, on October 2.
Both sides expressed their opinions on the security issue for the region and the world while sharing information relating to national defence and technological applications by the armies.
