Speaking at the event, Deputy Chief of the Central Military Procuracy of Vietnam, Major General Nguyen Thanh Phong, stated that in recent years, the Central Military Procuracy has collaborated with various agencies and units to organize numerous professional training courses for officers of the Lao Military Procuracy.

These courses have significantly improved the professional capacity and expertise of Lao officers, enabling them to apply their acquired knowledge effectively in practice. They also serve as a testament to the close friendship and mutual trust between the military procuracy systems of Vietnam and Laos.

During the course, in addition to classroom learning, participants will visit several military procuracy units at the military region level and have working sessions with the Central Military Procuracy of Vietnam. They will also tour historical sites and scenic areas in several northern provinces of Vietnam.

General Phong called on the organizing committee to regularly oversee the course and encouraged the Lao trainees to closely coordinate with the organizers throughout their stay in Vietnam.

He expressed his hope that the Lao officers will gain practical knowledge and valuable experience to better serve their military and people, thereby contributing to the deepening of friendship between the two Parties, States, armed forces, and military procuracy institutions.

According to the schedule, the training course will conclude on July 17.
