Preparation launched for “Vietnam Coast Guards and friends” exchange program in 2024
PANO – On November 28, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Coast Guard Command held a training course for cadres, receptionists, and liaison officers to prepare for the upcoming “Vietnam Coast Guards and friends” exchange program in 2024.
Accordingly, during the two-day course, 35 trainees selected from different units under the Vietnam Coast Guard Command were equipped with knowledge on reception and foreign affairs tasks by instructors from the Department of Foreign Relations under the Ministry of National Defense, the Department of Internal Security Protection under the General Department of Political Affairs of the Vietnam People’s Army, and the Foreign Relations Division under the Vietnam Coast Guard Command.
The course’s organizing panel asked the instructors to focus on guiding and clarifying each content and correcting each movement of each trainee when participating in the exchange program.
At the same time, the trainees were requested to raise their responsibility to grasp the exchange program’s importance, actively join discussions, and then apply what they have learnt during the course to reality so as to fulfill all their assigned missions.
