Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet receives Head of Belarusian Directorate of Ideology

Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet thanked Major General L.V. Kasinski for attending the Vietnam International Defense Expo 2022, contributing to the overall success of the event. The Vietnamese deputy chief of the General Department of Political Affairs stated that Vietnam and Belarus have a good traditional friendship, which has been preserved and promoted by generations of leaders, militaries, and people of the two countries and developed for benefits of the two peoples.

Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet emphasized that defense cooperation between Vietnam and Belarus has obtained important achievements in delegation exchange, communication and education in the military, and more. The host hoped that in the coming time, the two sides would continue to promote the obtained achievements in defense cooperation for the benefit of each country as well as for the common good.

For his part, through Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet, Major General L.V. Kasinski respectfully sent greetings to General Luong Cuong, Politburo member, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Department of Political Affairs.

Major General L.V. Kasinski expressed his pleasure in having the opportunity to visit the heroic, hospitable country of Vietnam as well as attend the Vietnam International Defense Expo 2022.

The guest highly appreciated the development of Vietnam in general and the Vietnam People's Army in particular. He expressed his hope that Belarus-Vietnam relations will further develop, including the bilateral defense cooperation.
