General Giang emphasized that, Vietnam and Cambodia are neighboring countries, the two peoples have also enjoyed close relations and a long tradition of solidarity. During national resistance wars against foreign invaders, the two countries have always stood side by side to support each other. The sound bilateral cooperation was established and nourished by President Ho Chi Minh and His Majesty King Father Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia. The history has proved that Vietnam-Cambodia relationship plays a vital factor for the fate of the two countries.

On this occasion, the Vietnamese and Cambodian defense ministries presented some equipment to the school to further promote study and teaching conditions, hoping that they would soon have an opportunity to come back the school to see its development.
