He emphasized that the presence of military personnel from friendly countries at National Day celebration at historic Ba Dinh Square is a noble symbol of national solidarity and international unity, for the goals of peace, cooperation, friendship, and development. It is also an opportunity for Vietnam to acknowledge and honor the wholehearted and meaningful support of international friends for the struggle for national salvation of the Vietnamese people.

He said that the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam highly appreciates their determination and training efforts.
