Cambodian gendarmerie force presents coronavirus test kits to Vietnamese border guards
PANO – The Gendarmerie force of Cambodia’s Svay Rieng province handed over 300 coronavirus test kits manufactured by the Republic of Korea to the border station of Moc Bai International Border Gate in Tay Ninh province on September 22.

Speaking at the event, Colonel Lat Cham Ren, Deputy Commander the Gendarmerie force of Svay Rieng province, held that every day, border troops performing duties at the border gate have to meet with many passers-by, of whom many are positive for SARS-CoV-2, so the risk of infection is high. Therefore, the Gendarmerie force of Svay Rieng province expected that the gifts would help share difficulities with the Vietnamese border guards.
In turn, Colonel Vu Quang Quan, Commanding Officer of the border station of Moc Bai International Border Gate expressed his thanks for the gifts, stressing that the support of the Gendarmerie force of Svay Rieng province will help strengthen the friendship and solidarity between the two sides in the time to come.
