HCM City willing to expand cooperation with Francophone localities
Ho Chi Minh City expects to cooperate with and receive support from overseas resources, including French-speaking countries and their localities, to address challenges such as urban traffic, environmental pollution and climate change, said a local official.
Vice Chairman of the HCM City People’s Committee Le Thanh Liem made the statement while receiving a delegation of young Francophone parliamentarians led by Didier Le Bot, General Secretary of the Francophone Parliamentary Union (APF).
