Last year, nearly 135,000 Vietnamese went to work abroad mainly in the Taiwanese and Japanese markets, exceeding the year plan by 28.3 percent. That is the fourth consecutive year that labor export exceeded 100,000.
The Japanese market posted outstanding growth rate with 54,504 workers.
Replying to the information that Taiwan (China) might stop receiving Vietnamese laborers, the agency said that the wrong information was posted in unofficial channels and social network.
At present, Taiwan still receives Vietnamese workers normally.
