The White Book and presentations at the event confirmed that over the past time the Government and localities of Vietnam have devised policies and implemented measures to improve the business environment and attract investment, creating confidence among EU businesses. Especially, the implementation of EVFTA will bring more opportunities for the EU and Vietnam to build up a good partnership in the future.
Reportedly, the EU-Vietnam two-way trade value has increased by 10 times for the last five years, from USD 4 billion in 2011 to USD 41 billion in 2015.
