PANO – Danang City continues at the top of the provincial competitiveness index (PCI), for the third year in a row, followed by Lao Cai and Dong Thap, according to the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry on March 16th.
The PCI 2010 represents the views of 7,300 Vietnamese enterprises.
“The PCI is a useful tool to assess the ability of doing business, economic governance, and administrative reform efforts by provinces and cities in Vietnam, in order to promote the development of the private sector”, said Dr. Vu Tien Loc, President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
