Innovative-me is Viettel's internal award, held annually to promote the spirit of innovation and search for breakthrough technologies.
Any of its 70,000 employees from 38 agencies, units, and ten markets worldwide can participate in and turn their ideas into reality.
The projects presented at Innovative-me 2024 are breakthrough technologies with the potential to have a great social impact in the fields of digital technology, information security, defense, and sustainable development.

The highest award this year, Best of Innovative-me 2024, goes to the Lumitel human resources group, the Viettel brand in Burundi, with the idea of a digital platform connecting people at Kavumu refugee camp - the largest refugee camp in Burundi, with local authorities and people, along with international organizations such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
Innovative-me 2024 also included Excellence Awards for production ideas, Sustainability Awards for sustainable development ideas, and Amazing Awards for technologies that are not yet available in Vietnam. The ideas focus on exploring the latest applications of AI technology, space computing platforms, automation, alternative fuels, etc.
