According to Brand Finance, Viettel's brand value was estimated at USD 9 billion, accounting for nearly 36% of the total value of the 10 most valuable brands in Vietnam (USD 25.1 billion).

Brand Finance evaluated that Viettel’s digital technologies have not only served economic development, but also contributed to improving social welfare. Viettel has determined that the development of the community is closely related to creativity and innovation and sustainable development.

Talking about Viettel’s brand value, Alex Haigh, Managing Director of Brand Finance Asia-Pacific, said that one of the important factors to evaluate Viettel’s development potential in Southeast Asia and the globe is its successful expansion of business in international markets. The performance of its affiliated companies in foreign markets has proved Viettel’s ability to adapt to global environment, make the most of professional knowledge, and create values on the global scale. This has contributed to raising the position of Vietnam in the international arena.

Mr. Alex Haigh affirmed that Viettel has paved the way for other Vietnamese businesses to discover and succeed in international market.

In the first 6 months of 2023, Viettel’s consolidated revenue reached USD 13.3 trillion, up 18% over the same period. With the message of “Technology with heart,” Viettel wishes to apply technologies and key capabilities to solve problems to improve people’s life and boost sustainable development.
