In response, Viettel Gia Lai donated VND 200 million to help local residents recover, stabilize production, and resume their daily life.

According to Director Man, before, during, and after the storm, Viettel Gia Lai deployed more than 1,000 staff, 200 generators and 750 batteries to clear roads, refuel, repair, and connect cables through the night to ensure uninterrupted communications. In addition, the unit also set up free phone-charging stations for residents during the power outage.

“These efforts demonstrated Viettel Group and Viettel Gia Lai’s philosophy of aligning business with social responsibility, joining hands with local authorities and citizens in overcoming the storm’s aftermath and building a more prosperous and civilized Gia Lai,” Lt. Col. Man emphasized.
