Northern Vietnam Helicopter Company launches Song Hong HeliTour

PANO – The Northern Vietnam Helicopter Company under the Vietnam Helicopter Corporation of the Ministry of National Defense held a ceremony on December 7 at the Gia Lam Helicopter Station to launch its Red River scenic tour service (Song Hong HeliTour).

Accordingly, Bell 5050 helicopters will be used for the tour at the prices from VND 3.5 million. The journey will cover famous places in Hanoi, including Long Bien Golf Course, Dong Tru Bridge, Co Loa Citadel, Vinhome Riverside, Bat Trang Ceramic Village, Ecopark Urban Area, and Nhat Tan Bridge, among others. The helicopter is expected to offer great views of Hanoi to visitors.

Before Song Hong HeliTour, the Northern Vietnam Helicopter Company opened Halong Heli Tours in Quang Ninh province in May, 2019. With experienced pilots and professional services, helicopter sightseeing flights over Ha Long Bay gave unforgettable experiences to tourists and received high appreciation from them.

As a military business, the Northern Vietnam Helicopter Company has successfully fulfilled its military and defense missions, including search and rescue, natural disaster relief, and exercises. In addition, it effectively conducted medevac airlifts and service flights.
