Vietnam to play friendly match with Jordan: VFF
PANO - Vietnam will play a friendly match with Jordan on May 31 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), announced the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) on May 5.

The game will be played without spectators and press because it is significant to both teams in terms of professional expertise.

Currently, Vietnam tops Group G of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers with 11 points. Meanwhile, Jordan is in third place of Group C with 10 points.
According to the latest FIFA rankings, Vietnam is ranked 92nd in the world and 13th in Asia while Jordan is 95th in the world and 15th in Asia. The most recent match between the two teams was in the round of 16 of Asian Cup 2019 and Vietnam defeated Jordan 4-2 in a penalty shoot-out after a 1-1 draw after 90 minutes.
