Vietnamese military athletes to compete in CISM

PANO – The Department of Military Training under the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army on September 26th met with military trainees and athletes to take part in the 6th International Military Sports Council (CISM)-2015 in Gyeongsangbuk province, the Republic of Korea.
During this year’s contest from October 2nd to 11th, 35 athletes of the Vietnam People’s Army (PAN) will compete in six events, namely shooting, swimming, boxing, Judo, Taekwondo, and indoor women’s volleyball. VPA’s sports team is expected to win medals in swimming, shooting, boxing, and Taekwondo.
On September 27th, Vietnamese team left Vietnam for RoK for the event.
