Major General Pham Van Tu, Director of the Military Broadcasting Center, states that the program is a spring symphony recounting the journey and achievements of the country and the military.

The program will be recorded at 19:30 on February 7 and broadcast at 09:00 on February 17 (the first day of the Lunar New Year of the Horse) on the Vietnam National Defense Television channel and digital platforms, with a duration of 150 minutes.

Introducing the event, Major General Pham Van Tu, Director of the Military Broadcasting Center, stated that the program serves as a “spring symphony,” recounting the journey and achievements of the country and the Military in 2025. It is a spiritual gift from the Vietnam People’s Army to compatriots, soldiers nationwide, and international friends during the transition to the new year.

Organized on an unprecedented scale, the event will feature the main venue at the Hanoi Athletics Palace, connecting with five places, namely Truong Sa Special Zone (Song Tu Tay Island - Southwest Cay); border areas (Lo Lo Chai, Lung Cu, Tuyen Quang); the Central Highlands (Army Corps 34 and Kon Tum); Ca Mau (Dat Mui); and notably South Sudan (Bentiu area).

“Spring Road of Vietnam 2026 - Convergence” is structured into seven parts, creating a unified ideological and artistic entity.

In Hanoi, a stage with a capacity of 6,700 spectators will be set up at the Hanoi Athletics Palace, utilizing modern performance technologies. The program will tightly combine live performances, historical reportage, political commentary, and real-time interaction between the locations and the audience.

Through diverse artistic languages, the program will vividly reflect the intersection of traditional culture and contemporary art, blending the strong, heroic “military quality” with the “national soul.” The content harmoniously combines thematic reports, interviews, and real-life experiences of outstanding individuals, creating ideological depth and emotional resonance.
