Soldiers join singing festival in Khanh Hoa province
PANO - A singing festival called “Soldiers sing, sing about soldiers” is taking place at April 2 Square in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province from December 20 to 24.
The event is co-hosted by the provincial Department of Culture and Sports and the provincial Military Command, drawing 20 art groups from localities, universities, and military units stationed in the province.
In his opening speech, Deputy Director of the Khanh Hoa provincial Department of Culture and Sports Dang Quoc Van underlined that the annual festival aims to further popularize the tradition and development of the Vietnam People’s Army in general and the local armed forces in particular among the public.

Via the program, the participants will meet and exchange experiences while the organizers are expected to applaud collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the cultural and artistic movement at the grassroots level.
Art performances under the festival will be presented every evening to serve local people and visitors at April 2 Square.
