On behalf of the GDP, Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet expressed his delight at the meeting with the outstanding writers, who have written many valuable works honoring Uncle Ho’s soldiers. Many literary works have contributed to cultivating patriotism among troops and promoting people’s trust in Uncle Ho’s soldiers.

The GDP’s deputy chief also emphasized that there are challenges and opportunities facing literature and writers, hoping that they would continue to pay attention to the military and create more works on armed forces and revolutionary war, meeting public demands in the current context.
