Activities around Hoan Kiem Lake and surrounding streets will be underway starting at 7 p.m. on Fridays to midnight on Sundays. Relevant forces of the city and Hoan Kiem district will promote inspection to discover and quickly deal with violations of the pandemic regulations so as to prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2 in the community.
On September 16, the capital city of Hanoi allowed bars, karaoke parlors, and discos to reopen on the condition that they have appropriate measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and fire.
