PANO – The Dak Lak provincial Department of Information and Communications kicked off Book Festival 2016 to introduce 2000 books on April 21st.

Book stand on national seas and islands attracting a lot of readers

The participating units launched various activities, such as reading movements at school libraries, outdoor events for book clubs, and a collection of used books for remote and mountainous students.

In related news, the Gia Lai provincial Department of Information and Communications and other relevant agencies also held Book Festival 2016 in Pleiku. At the event, the organizing panel presented 10 scholarships to needy students.

Book Festival 2016 will run until April 24th.
