Art performance highlights Dien Bien Phu Victory
PANO - With the participation of more than 300 artists, conductor Le Phi Phi featured historical value of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, while honoring the contribution of people worldwide to the victory.
On May 2, at the Hoan Kiem Lake Theater in Hanoi, the Ministry of Public Security organized a special art program to mark the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - 2024) themed “Dien Bien Phu - Unforgettable memories.”
Script writer of the program Le Y Linh noted that this was a unique art program performing vocal and instrumental works about the Dien Bien Phu Victory by famous musicians.
The art program had two parts. The former featured the Dien Bien Phu Victory, while the latter highlighted the message from the Dien Bien Phu campaign - the symbol of an independent Vietnam, mastering its destiny on the path to international integration and development.
Artists shared that participating in the program on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory was both their pride and responsibility.
