PANO - A project to expand financial service access to ethnic minority women, improve financial management on household expenses and production was launched on June 12 in Hanoi by the CARE International in Vietnam, Procter & Gamble Co., the Vietnam Women’s Union and the Dien Bien Provincial Community Development Center.
